What happens if I become a member?

Board Member.

A board member helps with the decisions made by the group. They help manage the day to day operations. Board Members undertake three main duties; Duty of Care, Duty of Loyalty, and Duty of Obedience.

Various roles are taken on by board members: Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, Membership Director, Event Coordinator, Member At Large, etc.

Volunteer

Besides being a board member, there are volunteer roles which can be applied for.

As an active volunteer or acting board member, your membership fee of $20 is waived.
